Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. This voluntary return period is granted in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the European Union have by law, and does not restrict it.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@westwingsale.com. We will confirm the return address and send you instructions, and where applicable a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

A reduced price does not remove your right of return. The reduced price shown is our standard selling price, so items bought at it are returnable on the same terms as any other item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return shipping in these cases is at our expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Only the exceptions permitted by law apply: made-to-measure or personalised products, sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene, perishable goods, and gift cards.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; where an order is delivered in several consignments, from the day the last item is received.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing times at your payment provider may add a few days.
