Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is 10–30 business days depending on the destination country. Larger furniture may take longer, as it ships palletised or in several cartons.
Shipping rates
- Europe — €35; €25 on orders from €500; €15 on orders from €1,500
- Rest of the world — €50; €25 on orders from €500; €15 on orders from €1,500
The exact amount is always displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country; these are borne by the customer and are not included in our rates.
On delivery
Please check the packaging before signing. Note any visible transport damage on the delivery record, photograph it and report it to info@westwingsale.com as soon as possible.
