The Aspide was designed as a versatile task lamp that can be manually adjusted to provide either direct light for work or reading, or rotated towards the wall to provide softer light. In addition, the lamp body can be manually rotated 350 degrees at both the neck and head. The lamp has a toggle switch on the cable with which it can be switched on and off.
